| A $35 billion dollar worldwide industry, the bottled water industry continues to grow as water quality concerns and fitness and health awareness increase. According to Beverage Marketing, a leading supplier of data and other consulting services to the global bottled water industry, bottled water consumption in the US rose 8.3% in 2000 to more than 5 billion gallons.
